This semester has certainly been one of the hardest semesters yet, no wait, it HAS been the hardest semester yet, and certainly the most rewarding. To be honest, a tiny little thought of giving up was there not too long ago, but it quickly went away after struggling productively, working some more and trying new solutions. I am very grateful for lecturers that are almost always there and that I can continuously bug them with questions, as well as a class full of friends who will also go out of their way to help if they can. Thanks!

Mike Tyson said that “everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face.”, and I am really afraid of getting punched in the face by my animation…

So, I made myself a perfect plan. While working on this “perfect plan” I realised that the plan wasn’t that perfect. My story has 5 scenes, and my original plan was to kind of do 1 scene a day, and then go back and fix the small problems, but I realised time kind of has a way to just go by without me feeling as if I have done anything… So now I am on the 7th day of “the plan” and I have 3 almost almost there scenes and hopefully I will finish another one in the next couple of hours. If everything goes accordingly to my, now-adjusted-perfect-plan I will be able to start editing by the 12th/13th after Illustration panel… Hopefully.

To end this planned planning blog update, here is a quote from Winston Churchill: “Plans are of little importance, but planning is essential.”
